Celebrating Architectural Heritage- Historic Home Registry Program

Skowhegan has numerous old homes dating well before the 1900's, which have interesting histories and are significant to our community's history.  We offer an opportunity for Skowhegan residents with homes at least 100 years old to participate in its Historic Home registry Program.

The registry program provides an opportunity for the owner to document their home's age, to display an approved house maker indicating the original homesteader, the year of construction, and the owner's affiliation with the Skowhegan History House.
